Teach Canada wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not
completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of
shipment.
All books and other products must be returned in their original condition and
with receipt of purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please return it
immediately, following our on-line returns procedure. To obtain a replacement,
you will have to place a second order.
After packing your return, please send it back to us via Canada Post. We'll
notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund.
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you
may return any of the following items to Teach Canada,
for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost,
if the return is a result of our error):
- Any book or teaching resource (i.e., banners,
stickers, awards certificates) in its original condition
- Any unopened (still in its plastic
wrap) CD, DVD, or VHS tape
Please note that we cannot accept the return of
opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only
process returns and refunds for items purchased at Teach
Canada.
We cannot exchange items.
Replacement of
Damaged or Defective Items
Teach Canada can replace items only if they are defective or damaged, and only after the
original item is returned.
Refunds
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail within
7 to 14 days after
we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note:
- We reserve the right to verify
return product information before issuing a return credit.
- We are not responsible for any
damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning.
- Unless we made an error in
order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. For your
convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your
refund amount.
Limited Warranty - EXCEPT FOR
THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, TEACH CANADA, OPERATED BY TEACH CANADA,
MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION RESPECTING ANY NEW
PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR YEAR 2000
COMPLIANCE AND ANY SUCH WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION IS
EXCLUDED. TEACH CANADA SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED
TO RETURN AND REFUND AS STATED ABOVE AND IN OUR RETURNS POLICY.
Limitation of Liability - IN NO EVENT WILL TEACH CANADA BE
LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL
EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURY, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE
RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT. TEACH CANADA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE
OF SUCH PRODUCT PLUS C$5.00 SHIPPING CHARGES.
